De-Ionized Water

Water used in various industries plays a decisive role in product quality and operation management in the ultra-precision industry. As such, ultra-precision industries such as semiconductors require a large amount of ultra-pure water or de-ionized water, and refer to water in areas with purity of PPB, which is usually 1/1000 unit of PPM based on any material. Purified Water

Purified water is pure water made by filtering (various inorganic and organic substances) constant water chemically and physically. It is mainly used as a solvent for liquid or ointment in pharmaceutical companies or as washing water for washing equipment.

PCW

Process Cooling Water is used as water for cooling production equipment. PCW system is a system that efficiently and stably supplies cooling water to production equipment, discharges heat loads generated by production equipment to the outside, enabling stable operation of production equipment, and reduces clean room air conditioning.

CDA

Clean Dry Air System is a device that supplies optimal compressed air by removing contamination of dust, oil, and moisture contained in compressed air within a long value based on the degree of demand. CDA is most often used with N2 for semiconductor production equipment, and is used for A.A.V(Auto Air Valve) operation and transmission device and other ball notification devices of each production equipment. It is also used for adjusting valves, and valves used for various purposes in each equipment are automatically adjusted by air.
