The number of floors is 4 or higher. All floors are 5,000 m² or higher.

+ Among medical facilities, general medical institutions, elderly facilities, and training facilities for accommodation.
All floors above 600m².

+ Cultural and assembly facilities, religious facilities, and sports facilities (excluding zoos, botanical gardens, temples, ancestral rites, shrines, and water play facilities):
   Number of people: 100 or more.
   The floor area used for movie theaters.
   Underground floor or windowless floor: All floors above 500 m².
    In the case of other floors: All floors over 1,000 m².

+ If you’re one the basement floor, the floor without windows
the floor above 4 floors, all floors above 300 m2. The entire floor of 500 m² or higher If not.
A rack-type warehouse with a ceiling or a height of more than 10m
(a device for transporting a storage by a shelf or elevator)

+ Among medical facilities, mental medical institutions, elderly facilities, and training facilities for accommodation.
All floors above 600 m²
More than 1,000 m² in the basement (excluding tunnels).

+ The floor area (excluding frozen warehouses and livestock houses) which is the basement floor, the windowless floor, or the 4th floor as specific firefighting targets.
Above 1,000 m²

+ Dormitory or complex building for accommodation of students in educational research facilities and training facilities.
All floors above 5,500 m²

+ Campuses and military facilities.
Shelter, prison, detention center, juvenile center.
Protection facilities (in the case of foreign shelters, it is limited to the living space of the ward)
Except in cases where the protection facility is in the leased building.
